healthy food -  The Ellenbach Foundation takes the view that healthy food is defined by its actions and interactions with us and our environment. If it takes toxins to produce, it obviously can neither be good nor healthy. Healthy food promotes systemic health and well being and over the long term can reduce problems of obesity, type II diabetes, high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis, gout and a large number of other ailments that can be linked to an 'unhealthy' food supply.
